Successful webinar at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of South Sweden
On June 5, Lina Bergkvist participated together with Nicklas Söderberg and Magnus Bernro in a webinar regarding trend-setting dispute resolution during the corona pandemic. In summary, it can be concluded that incoming commercial litigation disputes in general courts have decreased while incoming arbitraion cases and the demand for mediation have increased.
