Sophia Reutercrona

After graduating with a law degree from Lund University, Sophia began her employment as an associate lawyer in the Corporate law and Capital Markets and M&A team and subsequently the labor law team at a major Swedish business law firm. From her position, Sophia has experience in capital raising, shareholder's issues, M&A, public takeover bids, employment contracts, restructurings, and other labor law and corporate law-related matters.
