Maria Zell
Maria has worked with business law advice and commercial dispute resolution since 2007. She has worked in several areas of business law and has special knowledge in intellectual property law, marketing law, consumer law and constuction law. Maria has extensive experience of commercial disputes and has acted as counsel before general courts, administrative courts, the Patent and Market Courts and the Land and Environment courts . In addition, she has acted as counsel in national and international arbitration proceedings, both institutional and ad hoc proceedings, and assisted clients in supervisory matters before authorities. Maria is also hired as a lecturer in intellectual property and marketing law. Maria has access to an extensive international network of foreign law firms.
Maria has been engaged within the sports field through board assignments in FC Helsingborg, Halmstads Bollklubb and HBK Elitfotboll AB.
