Zellberg participate in OWAN (Öresund Women in Arbitration)

29 Februari 2024 Lina Bergkvist shared her insights in a panel debate arranged by Öresund Women in Arbitration Network at High Court i Malmö. Counsels and arbitrators in the Öresund region discussed diversity within the arbitration community, in specific appointments of arbitrators and the lawfirms appointments of leading counsels in high value cases. SCC Arbitration Institute and Danish Institute of Arbitration participated in the panel debate. We could conclude that there is  huge progress during pasts 20 years in Sweden and there are more diversed arbitration tribunals in Sweden (both within national and international arbitrations). Denmark are unfortunately some years behind Sweden in this regard. The institutions are playing a pivotal role in this vital topic of diversity and are doing an impressing work both regarding appointments but also putting this topic to the agenda.
