Zellberg has advised the owners of m4 in connection with a divestment

Zellberg has advised the owners of the Swedish consultancy firms m for solutions holding AB, m for solutions syd AB, m for solutions väst AB, m for solutions mälardalen AB and m for solutions sydost AB (“M4”) in connection with the divestment of M4 to ICT Nordics Holding AB, a part of the ICT Group (“ICT Group”), a leading European provider of industrial technology solutions headquartered in the Netherlands. Through the acquisition, M4 will benefit from the ICT Group’s international reach, operational infrastructure and strong client network across Europe. With M4’s established offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Kristianstad and Halmstad, the ICT Group expands through the acquisition from its current base in Skåne to gain nationwide reach across six key Swedish regions. Together, the companies will be better positioned to deliver broader and more flexible solutions to clients navigating an evolving Swedish consulting market. The former owners of M4 will remain actively involved in the joint operations, ensuring continuity for employees and customers alike and contributing to the continued growth and integration of the business.

Zellberg acted as legal advisor to the owners in connection with the divestment of M4. The team has comprised mainly of Lina Bergkvist, Maria Zell and Sophia Reutercrona.
