Zellberg has advised Arcademy AB in connection with the divestment of Arcademy Stockholm AB

Zellberg has assisted the owners of Arcademy AB (“Arcademy”) in connection with the sale of the operation to Aleris Sjukvård AB (“Aleris”), one of Scandinavia’s leading healthcare providers with large focus on specialist healthcare services. Through the sale, the owners of Arcademy, also practicing orthopedists, can continue, together with Aleris, to develop specialist healthcare services focusing on high availability and high care quality for the patients’ best.

 

Arcademy is specialized on patients with troubling feet/ankles, hands, elbows and shoulders. The co-workers of the company have long and wide experience within respective area and offer extensive perceptive care and tailored treatments, in order to enhance the life quality of the patients.  

 

Aleris is one of the largest actors within specialist healthcare in Scandinavia and offers healthcare on over one hundred sites in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Through the acquisition, Aleris has strengthened its’ possibilities to offer specialist healthcare within mentioned areas, among other by increasing the possibility to perform operations.

 

Zellberg acted legal advisor to the owners of Arcademy AB in connection with the sale of the shares in the subsidiary company, Arcademy Stockholm AB, with a team comprising Emmy Dahl Malmborg and Lina Bergkvist.
