Zellberg advises Energy Machines Aps in connection with the acquisition of Skånska Energi Vattenkraft AB

Zellberg has acted as legal advisor to the Danish company Energy Machines ApS regarding the company's acquisition of all shares in Skånska Energi Vattenkraft AB. Access to the shares took place on December 1st 2021. Due to the transfer the company has changed its name to Hydro Machines Sweden AB. The company will be part of the Energy Machines Group. Through the acquisition the Energy Machines Group strengthens its position as a supplier of energy solutions with a sustainability dimension in Sweden.
