Will judgements in criminal cases have an impact on the evidentiary requirement in civil cases?

14 February 2023 the Swedish Supreme Court ruled upon two judgements in criminal law where the Supreme Court stated that indirect evidence are sufficient to reach the required level of proof "beyond reasonable doubt" and the accused where therefore considered guilty.
