Virtual meeting for Swedish mediators

On April 2, Lina Bergkvist participated in a national meeting for 15 mediators in Sweden in order to increase the understanding of mediation as a dispute resolution mechanism in Sweden. Internationally, especially in common law countries, mediation as an institution is very common. We see an increased demand - especially in infrastructure projects and in contracts - for experienced mediators.
