SCC Spotlight talk regarding summary proceeding

Lina Bergkvist was interviewed by SCC regarding summary proceedings in arbitrations. It could be concluded that an application for summary proceeding is a very efficient tool and could save a lot of time and costs for both parties in complex cases regarding inter alia damages (liability of breach of contract), legal issues such as res judicata and lis pendens.
