Happy holidays

Team Zellberg wishes you all a long and relaxing Christmas break. 2025 has been a developing year for Zellberg. We have invested a lot of resources in finding two AI tools ultimate for Zellberg's business in order to provide our clients the best legal advice and value for money. We have also introduced SZF Academy for our associate lawyers- a training program in various business law areas and legal ethics. In terms of assignments, we have, inter alia, assisted clients during the year with company acquisitions in the consulting and energy industry as well as a number of arbitrations, where an international one in particular has been specifically interesting where the dispute issues have related to human rights and breach of contract, an interesting hybrid that will be more common in the future in Sweden. We are extremely grateful for all the fantastic meetings with people we have had in 2025 and the trust we have received from clients and partners. It is a joy to assist clients and solve and prevent problems. We look forward to 2026, sharing with both new and established clients and partners. Many thanks for this year!
