Building permit is set aside due to miscarriage of justice

19 November 2021 the Land and Environment Court of Appeal decided in case P12536-20 to set aside an incorrect building permit ruled by the local building committee. Zellberg represented successfully the complainants. The decision has not yet gained legal force.
