Breach of a confidentiality clause

Zellberg has successfully represented a client in an arbitration under the Rules for Expedited Arbitrations at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) regarding breach of a confidentiality clause where full penalty fee and other costs were imposed in favour of Zellberg’s client.
